These were shot at the Shark Reef at Manadaly Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. I hope this posting works.........

Well, so much for that. what am I doing wrong. I have a web album on picasa. I copied the url and pasted on the pop up window and..... the dreaded red "X". I'll try one more time....

Please read This Thread for some help.

I don't know Picassa, but what I do know is that I am seeing the dreaded Red X, but no pictures, and a Right Click->Show Picture does not help.

When I copy and paste the URL into a new browser window, I do see a Lionfish, at tleast for the one I picked.

most of my pictures were taken with the 17-50. the one of the shark was with the 85 at iso H1(3200). very low light......

Having lots of fun learning this new hobby....

Thanks Bill. I did read the sticky first before "trying" to post. I tried the second method and it gave me the links. So I guess I'll do that for now until I "figure out" how to do it right....

This is too much fun for me. My wife thinks I've gone overboard....

Ray, I tried a few tricks but it seems that Google's Picasaweb Application does not allow direct linking of images.

I'd suggest linking the whole gallery.

Ray, FYI, I fixed the links that weren't working by taking out everything in the URL's after ".jpg". Also made the second one display at the same size as the others by removing "_m" in the URL.

Nice images, BTW.

I get the removing after ".jpg" but where do I change the size or where is the "_m"? I don't see it in the URL.

Ray, Flickr has made it very easy to direct link images.

Just above your image (click on it for larger display) there's a line of tools.
Click on "All Sizes", pick the size you like and then just copy-paste the url it gives you at the box below.
