I was considering downloading the Beta and having a play... seeing that expires at the end of the month - I might as well go with a full trial.

Not sure how Adobe works it. When I wanted to upgrade from Portrait Professional I had version 9. They were up to version 11. So they let me upgrade to version 10, and then gave me the upgrade to version 11 at no charge. Might be worth emailing Adobe and asking if they would do that. What's the worst they can say?

I'm still on CS5. The more I use and learn LR, the more I like it. I've been using PS for the things I can't do or don't know how to do in LR.

I have LR4. If I don't get LR5.....can I upgrade to LR6 (from LR4) in the future when LR6 in announced?

Reason: I prefer to do most of my editing in CS6.....don't see enough changes in LR5 to buy...

Who knows about Adobes future upgrade plans, but for LR5 BH's page says you can upgrade from any version (1-4).

I have LR 4.4 64 bit installed on my Win 7 box. Check for update yields "program is up to date" Duh??

Any ideas or suggestions?
