Though I sold off my SB600 and Lightsphere II to VirtuaMike on this forum (monetary problems), I plan to pick the duo up again sometime in the near future.
The Lightsphere II is a domed shape flash diffuser. It did what it was supposed to do which was:
1. Good flash coverage even in mixed lighting conditions
2. Reduced, soft shadows
3. Lighter and cheaper than a flash bracket
4. Effective for both vertical/horizontal positions
5. Good overall exposure, decent coverage
I know some of you are saying 'I can go to home depot and buy a white dome and put it over my flash unit.' By all means if you can do that, all the more power to you. The Lightsphere though met all my expectations and more and hopefully can be of use to you guys.
