Not yet, I just got paid today. I ordered my ball head, and it will be here Friday. The bracket might have to wait until next payday, I have to do the budget first

Completely understood. I don't think you will be at all disappointed. It is a little tall when you don't have a grip mounted, but it is also nice to be able to use both ways.

I have started using my grip, to see if I can get used to it. It is a different feel to the camera, but I'm going to keep using it and see how I get on. I'd like to be able to use it when I go to the workshop in October.
