So I was at Hassop Hall yesterday for the wedding of Lisa and Paul ...

They wanted very little in the way of posed shots - and Paul was really in pain from a broken wrist which had been operated on a couple of days previously to have a plate inserted - so coupled with his naturally dour expression .... it was difficult.

Here are a few and there is a slideshow on the blog

Fantastic Simon, I wouldn't have picked the difficulty you had if you hadn't mentioned them.

Nice set, I agree with Geoff, looks like you pulled it off splendidly

This is a fantastic set of images - bride looks beautiful and radiant.

I am wondering how you shot the "spotlight" shots inside the church. Did you do that with a snoot-type setup? Or was there some natural light streaming in through a high window. They are very well done and really give the shots a dramatic effect.

Wonderful set!

Thanks

The spotlight type shots were lit using a Ranger RX pack with a maxilite with grid attached ... and they were done after the ceremony

One word: Gorgeous! Gorgeous pictures, lighting, venue, everything! On #10, I don't like those pole things above their heads, but that's minor. Awesome set, Simon!
