Liz and Rich - Engagement

Discussion in 'Formal Portraits and Weddings' started by spxxxx, May 15, 2011.

  1. This morning I was at Old Hardwick Hall for a quick 20 minute engagement session with Liz and Rich

The weather just about held with some light drizzle - but neither of them were worried

Great set. It would take me far longer than 20 minutes to catch all of that.

  7. Thanks Luis and Chad ...... and yes they look FAR too young !

  8. I love how you use natural and architectural elements to frame your subjects. Very well done.

These came out great. Quick question Spxxxx, is this a location you use often or have used before or does the 20 minutes just come from experience? The reason I ask is, your shooting from many different angles and I think it would take me double the time to get the same amount of photos.

  10. Thanks

As to the location - I had never been there before - but I suppose I'm used to shooting with old buildings - so maybe that gave me a jump start ....

I do just "see" an image - sometimes it works and just as often it doesn't !

  11. Simon, it's not fair... you get the best looking couples and the coolest locations to work with... Just kidding! Well, not about the couples or locations, just about the fair part. Nice work again, my friend. I particularly like #2 and #6 looking through that window... not sure if I like the color or B&W better. they both work well.
