I know that there is a hot spot on the swan but I didn't dare apply additional negative EV as I didn't want to introduce noise into the water...

  2. Excellent series of shots Jim. The set of images of the goose landing is really neat. I really liked the way the goose pushed the water ahead of himself while landing. Nice lighting on all of your images.
  3. Lookin' good, Jim. Percentage of keepers going up?

    The lighting was beautiful...
The sun was setting over a ridge behind me and thankfully it lit the subjects nicely :)

    Not bad for a beginner.8)

That goose is a real talker, and I really like the Cormorant. They are hard to get because they are so dark.

    Nice job.

  9. Nice series Jim. The lighting on the goose landing is fantastic!!! :D  :D  :D
