Chaz, I like the image, but it seems just a little too bright for moonlight. If it were mine, I think I'd either mask and darken the light areas, or, more simply, compress the dynamic range with the levels adjustment.
Hi Bob, Yeah I pretty much blew the highlights on the original and moving the white slider in levels adjustment made it murky looking. I guess a good curve could pull it back some. Will have a play later. It may interest some to know that the man in the picture is in fact a tree that looked so much like a mans face I made it into one!

Thanks Guys. Gale I have never used LAB, its something I keep meaning to look into but never seem to get around to it.
