Love my 50mm/1.8

  1. Using a tripod, remote, and long exposure, one can get fairly large DOF indoors with this lens with excellent sharpness:

    1/2 s at f 1.8, iso 400.

    Beautiful shot and held the red well.

    I think I would crop it in some though.
     
  3. Thanks for the suggestion. I considered cropping, but decided I liked the green leaves surrounding the blossom.

    I didn't intend this as a great photograph, just as a documentation of lens and camera (D70) performance.
