Love the car shot, hate the sky

Would love some suggestions on what I could do with this rather drab sky. There was some light cloud cover in a portion of the sky at the time of the shot, making a portion of it a drab ol grey color.

I'd just remove the sky and make a substitute....

Ray Guselli is about the best at this I've seen....if he doesn't drop by in awhile I'll take a crack at it.....

curves

Steve,
You nailed the camera angle! I love the curves on this car as well as the curves this car is capable of...

Quick try

Apologies as I didnt know the name or type of car as not common over here in UK

Could add a name if you like the idea....which by the way is a quick one as I am rushing out

Mike, thank you for such kind words - however, anything I do is only through the help and encouragement received in these great forums....

Hope I dont let you down with this quick take

Best wishes

Ray

I would say try a layer mask over the sky give it some saturation and some contrast and see how it looks. I would also say shoot alittle longer next time.

Ray....no doubt......you are the master of this stuff.

Uh.......it's a C6 Corvette! I know big, hairy chested brawn isn't the auto style of choice in the UK, but come ON!

Wow, I don't know what to say!

Ray, you did a bloody fantastic job on this shot! It's wild, but it's also very cool! Thank you for all your work. Yes, this is a 2005 C6 Corvette Coupe, and it is my own car. It's got a Lingenfelter 427 cubic inch engine in it, making approx 600 hp. I think I would like to try to reproduce RFC (Robert's) rendition for a print. I know I could never come close to Ray's effort! PM sent to you Robert!
