Will, I'm a little confused about the lighting on the first one, but I like both [possibly a little magenta on left rose petal, but maybe that's the flower]
  2. Thanks, Bob. Just sunlight (2pm or so) filtering thru an apple tree. The pots are
set beneath in partial shade.

Nice stuff Will, the little D50 is still a capable camera for sure

I don't have any realistic plans to replace mine for some time yet
  4. Yes I really like these, better reds than I usualy get:smile:
What is the name of the first one?
  5. Thanks, Robert. I was gonna give this to my kid, but got her a D80 real cheap.
I'll be keeping this for awhile too! Love the IQ.
  6. Thank you, Tom. It's a variety of the Garbera Daisy. Pretty cool lookin' eh?!

I love this lens. I bought mine used for $300 and it's a stable lens of mine.
