This is the Washington coast. Most people associate Sea Stacks with Oregon, we have a few here too.
Wow that is a beauty
What a beautiful image Douglas. Well done!
Beautiful! The low angle is especially good.
Outstanding Douglas! I agree with Marcos - that's got to be up of a wall (or a lot of walls:biggrin.
Very nice, Douglas!
Thank you Gale, Haze, Alex, Marcos, Ron and Murrey. This one really appealed to me for the way the clouds appear to be shooting out if the sea stacks.
Excellent image Doug. Beautiful color, saturation, and the clouds lead you right back to the stacks.
Wow. I like everything about this image: the warm directional light, the sky, the reflection and the overall composition. Very well done.
One of those landscapes that hits you right between the eyes!
Print it big and hang it proudly.
this is a real nice one. You done good Douglas. be proud.
Great shot - you must be really proud!
Another fantastic photo. The clouds and the reflection draw your eyes to the main subject. And it's just beautiful.
OK I am starting to become jealous!
How come you have all these wonderful scapes to shoot? Another beauty!
Keep em comin......
You are a good enough photographer to know you nailed the technical aspects nicely, but its the low angle that sets this above other similar captures.
You surely rang the bell with this one!
Powerful! well done. I really get a lot out of your landscape work, thanks Douglas
What a beautiful and striking image. Those rows of clouds really top this off nicely.
Beautiful image. Superb work with the lighting and color.
