LumeCube customer service

I would like to give LumeCube a mention for exceptional customer service.
I have been using 3 LumeCubes for quite a while, actually many years and recently one started showing signs that the battery was failing.
I contacted them and asked if I could purchase a replacement battery they asked me to send them a video of what was happening with the faulty cube which I did.
They replied that they were going to send me a replacement cube free of charge which blew me away.
The new cube arrived today 6 days later.
I have never come across such exceptional customer service and would like to thank them publicly.

It's nice to hear that things like that still happen. I have lately been dealing with my cell phone carrier's customer service with a completely opposite experience - promised returned calls that never come, private messages that aren't answered, disconnected calls, etc.

Yeah I think that’s standard practice for telcos world wide.

I contacted Thinktank saying they should upgrade their glue that holds on the spongey bit on their eyepieces. They sent me about 10 replacement spongey bits for nothing!
