Lunch at the GBH House

Discussion in 'Birds' started by RonS, Nov 18, 2005.

  1. Was too foggy today to get out shooting, so I dug up some old shots while cleaning house in my PC.

From earlier this year, lunch is served (Yucck...)

LOL Ron. This is really an excellent capture, showing the familial life of this species.

Got any more stuff that you were thinking of cleaning up?
  3. Actually I do. Did not want to drop all of them here at one time so will dribble a few in every now and then.

I believe I am getting a little more serious about birds, LLD has struck so I am looking at previous posts to see what lens/TC combination most people here are using.

    Really like the shot alot.
Reminds me of the Rookery and all the young birds :>)))
  5. Thanks Frank, Thanks Gale.

Looks like we are in for at least another week of fog around here (Seattle area), and I just found another place to shoot birds. Nuts.

Think I will go to the mountains, not foggy up there.

WAIT, thats not good either, seems we cannot keep our rocks on the side of the mountains and off the roads. Heard there may be 30 mile/16 hour delays arcoss Snoqualmie Pass from rock slide repair.

    Oh well...

Excellent shot Ron in what looks like less than ideal lighting.
  7. Thanks Harry.
