Magpies are the definition of an opportunist. They're everywhere out here in the Rockies. Find a road kill and you'll find Magpies. Seeing as things are kind of slow right now I opted for an easy to find subject.

In the past week I've snowmobiled into Yellowstone and xc skied into some backcountry ponds in the Tetons and besides Bison and a few Swans I've come up dry. I just need to keep trying.
