Mallard on ice

Last weekend there was still some snow and ice left in southern Sweden. The mallards seem to like it.

Beautiful scenes! The colorful mallards in the first image really contrast nicely with the white snow/ice around them. It also looks great with a 16x9 crop.....eliminating the far shore line and trees.
