Looks like near the end of May Win10 will have a major update. Back up your important info. The last update went smoothly on four computers I use. Before that it was hit or miss on having problems. I usually clone my drives on a regular basis. I will make sure to do so before the update.
May will bring to Win10 update.

My machine is still on 1803.....and even attempts to manually update to 1809 failed. Is this the "repaired" 1809 update or something newer?
I really don't know. Just hope it works for everyone.

1809 was "repaired" many months ago. I have seen cases where you need to kick off the update to 1809 manually, have you tried recently? Ask me if you want to know how, I know two ways, one of which will force it no matter what.
But why not just wait for the new update. It looks like Microsoft have learned from their mistakes, which is good news for us all.

Yep. I've been on 1809 for about 6 weeks now.
