Mexican Wolf at the Columbus Zoo

  1. We go to the Columbus Zoo three or four times a year. One of the animals on display is the Mexican Wolf. I not sure if I have ever seen more than one out of the den, sleeping, usually none are out. This time the keepers were in doing pooper-scooper duty. Suddenly there were at least a dozen in view! A lot of running around and stalking the keepers. There was not much light and I should have upped the ISO from 200 to 800, but good ol' VR saved the day!

    Great shots Bob,

I love wolves. Just something mystique about them..

Hey Bob, just got my 1.4 Kinko Pro 300 for mine today :>)))

Not real expensive either. Not like the Nikon. Can prob use it on the 70-200 VR as well.
