One of my first small birds. NOT EASY THESE SMALL BIRDS. Don't know how you guys get so many.

Guess I just live in the wrong place and don't have a "Hubble" lens :>)))

The Enchanted Forest.

Will be quite shaded and not much light, soooooo taking the 50mm 1.8 and the tripod.

Your right Gale, small birds are not easy to capture. The crop on this image is excellent.

Good shot Gale!! Mockingbirds are fiesty little creatures!! They will chase just about anything.

I only have 3 small birds in my collection.

I went to the park one day to sit and hope to find some. So what did I find when I got there. An event was going on. Mayberry days. But that was fun to.

I have seen them chase and actually pect the featheres on Ospreys and Buzzards. Even peoples hair and dogs and cats.

Composition can be a challenge for sure. Especially to set it up in the camera. I have trouble holding the camera sideways. lolol
