Moon shot

Discussion in 'Night, InfraRed, and UltraViolet Photography' started by SWsabre, Aug 4, 2009.

  1. I took a few pics of the moon the other night. D300, Nikon 300 f4 AF (not AFS) with the TC-200 teleconverter. Let me know what you think

  2. I think the 300 f/4 takes the TC-200 very well. Perfect tone too.

  3. That's a great shot, Bill. It's hard to get a sharp photo of the moon when it's so far South - the atmosphere usually looks like it's boiling.

Great shot! That's as good as any I took through my old Meade LX-200 telescope!

Excellent photo. I am impressed with how sharp it is even with the teleconverter on it.

    Great job
