More adult loons

Here are some more images of adults taken from my kayak. I hoped the nesting would produce a chick by now but it seems the nest has been washed away by the heavy rains we have been having. The nests are built on the edge of the lake so this happens quite often.

Never tried a video on any camera I have owned in the last 15+ years. I used the iPhone for family videos but the loons are too far away for that. Also the kayak doesn't lend itself for that.

Allan - I'm late to comment but these are really exceptional shots. The color, exposure, and detail really make them stand out.
