    In South Africa:
    Check out the length of the tail feathers on this Cape Sugar Bird on a Protea Bush - D-100 70-200 AVS-VR +1.7TC @ 340mm:

    A Cape Gull - D-70 80-400 VR @ 300mm:

    From Botswana:
    Spur-winged Geese - D-70 80-400 VR @ 400mm:

    A Thrush (either a Groundscraper or a Kurrichane) - D-70 80-400 VR @ 340mm:

    A Swamp Boubou - D-70 80-400 VR @ 400mm:

    The long tailed one must have been a sight to behold.

    Have seen pics in books, but to see in the wild must be a real thrill.
