As an aside, yesterday, I spoke with the party that wanted to make an offer on my lake cottage last yr, and they're sending me a HEFTY deposit on it to hold it for them until after Labor Day! They even want it completely furnished! Looks like all signs are a go for the transition from summering in IN at the cottage, to wintering in Fla! WOO HOO!
