Very nice, Laura! What deep and beautiful eyes in this image! I don't think the image is too dark: the darker parts (hair and clothing) frame her face beautifully.

thanks so much, all. I really like how the project has gone so far..

I had a tough time figuring out how I wanted to crop the top one.. they are all 11x14, and I didn't want just her face. although that might make an interesting photo in itself, haha.
