(Mostly) Lesser Flamingos

I have recently relocated to a little slice of birding heaven. Barely 5 minutes away from my front door is the West Coast National Park, where we are fortunate enough to host many a migrant wader from the very north of Russia during our summer months.

I dashed out to a nearby hide this morning and found a few of the (permanent) locals ...

To the bird photographers out there: sorry, I just don't have more reach (yet). Most of these shot with D700 paired with 80-200 AF-S and 1,4 TC. Need that 600 f4 ...
