Hi Ray...its mostly the white balance setting aside from nature doing her part.We get different shades of pink and reds here in the Pacific NW and winter provides the best sunrises IMHO. I did give it +10 with the saturation slider.I like to keep photos pretty much the way I saw them give or take a slider or two.The color you see only lasted about 3 minutes but that can be the same for any sunrise anywhere in the world as you know.

Ray a footnote...I went out the next morning hopeing for more glory but the sunrise was a foggy bland plain yellow.Its feast or famine here inbetween the bucket-loads of rain we get. Many people have images better than this but wont put them on the web because of fear of having them copied.Its too bad but its the world we live in.
