    Wow, love the flower shot!
One question: Was there a specific reason you took face shots with the 60/2.8 over the 85/1.4 or was it just on a whim?

  2. I had completed the tableshots, and put the 60 micro on my camera to take shots of the floral decorations. By the time I spotted the lovely young ladies, I was too tired to change lenses... and the 60/2.8 has always been one of my favorites for this kind of shot.

Good job Uncle Frank...I understand..sometimes you just go with what you have for that moment...You always attract the pretty ladies....

  4. Yeah, right . The only time a young lady smiles at me is when I'm hiding behind a big lens. It's the camera, Ron. Just get the biggest lens you can afford .

Holey-moley! Looks like Uncle Frank's big ol' lens is out partying!

Nice stuff here Frank, I wonder if the 85 would have gotten the fine detail in those forehead jewels as well as the 60 did? The 60 is definitely my jewel lens.
  7. It's hard to beat the 60 micro, but stopped down to f/4.5, the Cream Machine is brutally sharp, too.
