My 1st pic post... The Sigma 150...

    I finally got around opening an account on one of the free pic hosting sites, and decided to post some of my shots with the Sigma 150 a.k.a. "the Bugma..." I love this lens!!!

    Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments.

    The Sigma 150 is a very special lens in many ways. A little long for portraits on DX but perfect for insects.

    Rich colors, razor-like sharpness and good contrast, decent built, OK AF and a reasonable price... and from what I gather very little sample variation...

    Nice shots. I really like the expression on the spider's face in the second one. I think "Bugma" is a great name for this specialty lens :)
