I've owned Irish Setters for a number of years now ( do you really own them???). People say I'm crazy to have such a hyper, exuberant dog and I guess I am. But they sure are a lot of fun.

Here's my 2-1/2 year old Caiolinn in the snowy mountains east of Park City, Utah:

Here she is again mugging for the camera at the annual Salt Lake City St. Paddys Day Parade:

Beautiful pooch! We had one of those when I was a kid - "Sport" was a ton of fun to play with! He never ran out of energy!
You got that right - they never run out of gas!

The whole scene in #1 is just gorgeous, and #2 is a big kissy face!
She is a real sweetheart!

What Doss said... The 1st is just great but love the 2nd shot.....
Luckily I had good AF - she was trying to lick the lens!

Lovely shots Dave.

lovely portraits Dave! especially like the first one with the snowy mountain cap and the red doggie
thx Linda. On a very overcast day,it was a spur of the moment shot.
Just getting ready to jump in the car and leave when my dog climbed up on a snowbank and the sun broke through the clouds and and backlit her. Light's still pretty flat on the snow, but she stands out nicely
