Maybe thats why they love to pick up sticks in the garden and chew them to pieces.

Nice stick.

Very nice Torben. Yeah, dogs certainly have a thing going with sticks, don't they? Beautiful animals!

Thanks Frits. I think they think of the stick as a substitute for a nice juicy bone.

I had no idea what I would see, PERFECT. Beautiful shots!

Thanks John. I'm glad you worked at home at had time to look.

Great images, I love looking at your dogs!

Thanks Dave. I love to take pictures of them. Not always easy with white dogs.

Really beautiful shots of those beautys

Thanks Gale. The dogs and I apreciate your comment.

The paws don't lie, these are big fella's! (or ladies) nice shots and great looking animals!

Functionally speaking, they are possibly cleaning their teeth doing this. Give them boys some dental bones. :)

Thanks Doug. Thanks for the advice. They do get bones every now and then and I clean their teeth regularly. In fact I take better care of them than myself. I weigh them every 14 days and are very careful with their diet. I want them to perform their best when we are doing this:

But some of them unfortunately are getting old.

Great pics of some beautiful dogs. you should have a 'sticky' thread in the Cafe Photo Clinic about how to get proper exposure of white animals, in dark and light settings. you have got it down to an art form.
