My first little bird picture, anyone know what I shot?

I'm sitting in the bush here in Tanzania and working quietly, and along comes this little bird and wants to dig for whatever it digs for, right next to me. Luckily I had my camera there and it stayed for long enough that I got this snap of it. Anyone know what it is?

I may have spent too much time in cities, but I almost gathered that bit, although the colours had me confused as I'm mostly used to grey sparrows...

Seeing I have spare time this weekend and animal life down here is truly dodgy, and I have my 105mm VR I thgouth I'd go look for small and spooky stuff around here.
