  2. Nils, welcome aboard. Nice tones in the pics. How is that Mamiya C330? I've seen a couple for sale here locally and have been tempted.

Thanks, the lenses are amazing but, there fairly big and bulky, I borrow from the school I think they go pretty cheap though, the square format is nice aswell.

The bokey is beautiful, these are some nice shots. But the camera is HUGE isn't it? I went shooting with a couple classmates today, and one of them had a Yashica twin-lens, which is a lot smaller. It was pretty sweet.

Oh, and welcome to the Cafe Nils!

Thanks Chris, yeah a friend of mine has a yashica mat and another has a rolleiflex and those are alot smaller then the mamiya but, those mamiya optics are amazing the first two are shot wide open.

I'll agree with that! Mamiya makes some fine lenses (I have a few. ) Your pics show 'em off nicely!

Ah, that's the Mamiya I have. I have the 110 f/2.8, 45 f/2.8, 24 f/4 and of course the 80 f/2.8, but the iris is stuck on that one. I used to have the 35, and 500 as well. For some reason Mamiya lenses are under-rated, and that's to our favor!

I know, I've got the 80 f/2.8, 45 f/2.8, 120 f/4 macro, and would like to get one of those super teles like the 500 but, thats for another day. when I look at the prices for the 80mm which are around $50 last I checked then I look at the amazingly sharp negatives I get from that lense... it just makes me wonder.
