This is my good friend's daughter. My friend, who teaches hair and makeup at a beauty school, and has worked with me on some of my model shoots. She will never take money for her services, so I'll stop by her house, shoot some images, and present her with several in frames. She says the images mean more to her than money. I works out nicely for both of us.

Nice shot Fred. Classic lighting example.
  4. I absolutely love this shot... Those eyes just fixate on you... She's a beautiful looking little lady... Your friend must be really happy with photos like this...

And the B&W conversion is superb... What was your process to get this final result, if you don't mind me asking.... Thanks....

Thanks for the kind words Juanice.

Thanks Charles. Morning window light - it doesn't get any better IMO.

Thank You! I used Fred Miranda's PS plug-in on this shot. I also bumped up the contrast a bit.

    Many thanks Mike

    Thanks Anthony.

    Thanks very much John.

Thanks Nute. Fred Miranda, but Woody probably recommended the plug-in, or maybe Stuart - not sure

    Thanks Jimmy
  11. I like this shot Fred, in addition to having a cute model you have captured a great expression. Well done.

Thanks Gordon. I plan to present this to her mommy in a frame. I think it will go over BIG!

Beautiful work Fred and having a free MUA at your disposal is a very valuable asset.
The FM Plug-in is one the Woody has been recommending for a while now and it is one of my most used tools. It served you well here once again!

Thanks Stuart. The FM Plug-in is really a great tool - you can tweak till your eyes bleed. Woody strikes again - gotta love that guy!

Grape vine says your shooting tomorrow...
  15. I too use the FM plug in and have for a couple of years. I was so glad when I found out it also worked when I upgraded to PS3.
