Hey everyone. Long time, no see. Here are a few images from my most recent work (within the past 3 weeks).

yes, this shoe is 13 feet tall:

(okay, so its not 13 feet tall) my fashion teacher thought this one was "tarantino-esque":

friend's mom (you may remember the girl with the hat...yeah). she's an artist and wanted some shots done. i also photographed her art. this one just happened to turn out in a really interesting sort of way...and its obviously quite stylized in a style i'm currently working on.

Thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed, and I'd love to hear what you all think of anything and everything about the shots.

Cheers,
David

#5 and #7 stand out for me. I like theme shoots and the red shoe thing is working well here. I do think #7 is the best one in this series, but I'd like it more if there were more separation between the glasses and his hair. The ear piercing makes the shot... good instincts.

PS... Thanks for mentioning the number of shots in the subject line.

thanks guys :)

good point woody...i'll look into it about the glasses and hair (my brain tells me the separation is there and that i killed it in the PP).

and i can't take credit for the piercing, its his industrial...the only credit i can take is not having him take it out or removing it in PP :p

what's it take to get a little attention?

anyone have opinions on the stylized ones? on the lighting? on anything?

thanks...and a thousand pardons if i'm out of line. :)

I like the effect on #9 and the perspective on #6...
but #7 is my favorite..
I'd like to do something like that...
