My newest Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro 4-5.6D

Discussion in 'Lens Lust' started by carauction, Aug 18, 2009.

  1. I bought this a couple of months ago on Ebay for my Sigma SD10. Obviously it was supposed to be in a Sigma mount. However, when I went to mount the lens on my Siggy camera...it did not fit. But it did fit on my D3:smile:

Well, after the seller adjusted the price, it ended up costing me about $100.00. It is in like new condition. And it also came with a black color filter, as he described it...a mint Hoya CPL.

Here is an image that I took today with the CPL on. Accidentally had the camera set on ISO 500.

I don't use mine much at all anymore but I really don't want to let it go. I shot a ton of soccer with it and my d50.

Try the macro with it - pretty good -
