My only Kingfisher ever (from MI5)

Finally got one and never knew I had it. Just "shows to go ya" you need to revisit you archives. Aside from this one, kingfishers have always been a 3 pixel blur heading for the horizon for me! I swear they can sense autofocus motors running.

I agree. I have one that sits on my dock, and fishes between my dock and our neighbors 100yds away.
I have never gotten a decent shot of him.
I did get a decent shot of one this morning, from 20yds away in a tree. Too small to do a decent image.

I agree, same situation for me with this fellow.
