For the first time in a long time I decided to shoot raw. I usually shot jpg. I shot raw, d2xmode1 and then converted in CS3 with ACR 4.5 and Adobe's D2Xmode1 setting.

I'm wanting a few opinions on how the pics look. To me, i think they're missing a little color, they have no life to them. But maybe it's just me. Any editing tips, or retouch tips would be greatly appreciated. I'll post a few but they can all be viewed here http://cleoent.smugmug.com/gallery/5781358_EuCda

    Thanks

Darn, i'm not home, or i would have no problem linking.

What else can be done? I was thinking all i'd have to do is click on d2xmode1 and they would look like the JPG's from the camera... i think it left them a little flat... and dont get me started on the exposure of some of them.

Any idea's what is missing? Saturation? Contrast? Both?

(The full size JPG's are available at smugmug though..)

that's a 1 click adjustment in cs3 that i overlooked, thank you so much. You're absolutely right. I've got to learn to spend more time on these. Thanks
  4. Really nice job, Peano.
