Thank You Mr. Dawgy :>))

It was hard to isolate him from his buddies. But waited long enough. The light moved into position nicely I think.

Thanks for your kind words.

Cheers

Hi David,

Sometimes I do see the light..lol

I only cropped a bit from the top. I took this in portrait.

Not usually to good at that.
I am rather clumbsy with the camera side-ways.

Thank you for the great compliment. :>))

Lovely shot Gale. I still don't have any shots of this species. Guess I'll just have to come back down there again and get you to show me where to shoot....

Thank you Mr. Ed, thank you indeed.

I enjoyed shooting this guy. He just seemed to do all the right things at the right time.

My pleasure for sure.

Craig,

Thank you.

For once I saw that composition before I shot it. Had to wait for him to get situated in the right place.

I have a few more of him, however this one I like the best. Glad you like it also.

Cheers

Thank you so much Gaye,

Sure hope you do get over here. I need some back up. :>))

The guys were great to me, I will tell you for sure. Great gentlemen. What a pleasure to shoot with them and meet them.

Gale, this is a beauty. I love the composition and colour - it would have been easy to go overboard and over-saturate the pink feathers.

My only nit is that is appears that the focus point is on the feathers and the eye is slightly out of focus.

Great job "seeing" the photo!
