ISo 3200, underexposed purposely a bit to see what would happen noise wise. When I corrected it

I would normally get black eyes if I didn't want to blow his coat. Straight from the camera.

That's impressive at 3200. Really impressive.......

    Thanks Eric!
  6. Eric, you just keep answering my question. Now all I need is to be able to afford it.

Didn't know that you were looking at an S5. The noise in the 100% crop looks about like ISO 250 or 320 on the D2H, or ISO 400 or 500 or maybe 640 on the D2Hs. Most impressive. I assume that it takes most or all Nikon lenses?

    Cute pup pics BTW.
  8. It takes all the Nikon Lenses. It is way too slow for flying birds. only 2fps shooting raw but for portrait work it is really worth the money..
  9. Eric, please tell me it does? From what I here is does, about the only thing the bugs me is that it won't take the D200 batteries. But I think I heard that it will take the same battery grip. So I can get the grip and not have to replace all my batteries.
  10. It takes teh grip for teh d200 , just not the batteries, which is weird but true..
  11. But I can put my Nikon batteries in the Nikon grip, right?
  12. I am not really sure.. I haev the grip but don't plan on using it.
  13. Well if you decide the S5 isn't for you....
