My SB-800 has a Pingpongblitz-Karte. Wow...

    at least this is Nikon's attempt to translate bounce-card into German. :biggrin:
    Multi language manuals are more entertaining than I was aware of.

    Found that in the description on how to use colored gels on the SB-800.

    German is a so much more poetic language when it comes to technical stuff. "Vibrationssystem zum Abschütteln von Staubpartikeln" is sooo much better than "vibration dust reduction"...

    "ping pong lightning map" according to yahoo. google does a better job with "ping pong flash card."

    yahoo translates bounce as schlag in German. i like pingpong better :wink:

  4. You should see some of the french translations we get down here...like you said, they can be very entertaining!
     
  5. In Dutch they call it a "Stuiterflits kaart"."Reflexie kaart" would be more normal.
