  2. Hey Jeff,

Way to go! I really like the pitcher shots the most. #2 is just awesome with the ball frozen like that. That last one looks like there's just one guy to many at that base. Somebody is going to be out. Did it end up being a double play?

    Keep them coming!

Thanks Ty, I appreciate the comments. I don't know if it was a double play ..proper, but the guy ended up in a rundown, and got out. So there were two outs on the same play.

These are real nice, Jeff. It looks as though you caught the action well and I like the look of the shot where the baserunner slide back into the base...good dust! Let's see more real soon.

    Thanks Randy...

I'm almost embarrassed to post here, after seeing Mike Mac's, yours, Franks and a few others. You guys have set the bar high.
But ..if I quit everything cause there were people better than me...

    Thanks for the comments Frank.
This was really only my second baseball game. I've found just because I got comfortable shooting softball, it didn't translate to baseball. Almost like shooting a different sport.
Still, I have fun learning and trying.

These are good Jeff...Great action shots. I have always been partial to the
photos of the pitchers. (Great arm angles and facial expressions.)

Good stuff...Keep shooting and posting. Oh- and you have nothing to be
    embarrassed about...
  9. Look good Jeff the first two are real nice could be a little lighter a little ePS and they would be perfect, I really like the third shot just to to bad his face isn't visible but you got tight on the action and it has a dream like feel to it. You are doing great

Hey Jeff, I like #2 especially with the ball frozen at a perfect spot in the frame. Color and sharpness are spot on. Alas, I am sure you'd wished you had not cut off part of his left boot and had some more foreground ...... it would have been a PERFECT picture. Great shots, especially considering this being only your second outing.

Maybe embarrassed wasn't the right word. I should put it this way, I feel like peasant among kings in this sports section. But what better place to learn and get inspired?
If you're going to hang out with photographers, might as well hang out with the best. (or in this case..post with the best)

Thanks Mike, I really appreciate the encouragement. I do have a question, however.
What do you mean "a little lighter a little ePS..."

I'm just a little slower than usual today.
