Camera makers seems to be caught up in a pixel race. Many of us are happy with the resolution of the D2x.

For my birthday wish, I want a D2x with at least 2 more stops of dynamic range, and a way to save and edit the analog signal straight from the sensor.

I think thats a good wish.

    Happy Birthday!

    My wishes are:

    : Lower nosise at 800 and Hi-1
    : Beter focussing algorithms
    : More dynamic range.

Get me this and I'll ne a perfect;y happy camper.

I'm sure that over the next feww years it will be available...I just want it now :)

Happy Birthday Charles and I hope that you get your X...you deserve the finest that Nikon has to offer. Me, I don't mind slumming it by accepting a new D2Hs.

I would like to see an 8mp / 8fps more DR, and good low light performance.

But I still think B&H or Nikon needs to give me a free gift for the amount of money I have spent over the years.
  8. 100% with you Jim; I dont want more megapixels, I dont need or want full frame. I just want more cool birds in front of the camera lens! and a 500mm AF-S F4 VR!
