My trip to Taipei Taiwan

So this past Christmas Break I took a trip up to Taiwan with several other friends. It was actually my 1st time to visit Taipei and I must say I had a blast. For all those that have been there before I guess you can relate to me when I say the Night Market and even the Night Life over here is really fun. I lived right across from Sogo Department Store and right by the Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station so I was relatively located in the center of Taipei. Anyways here are some of the pictures I took during my stay. What was neat is that right before this trip I had just purchased the 18-200mm VR so majority of the pictures were taken by this lens. I must say it is definately a great lens just for travel purposes. C and C always welcomed. Enjoy.

Nice images.
It is a very interesting place for sure. I spent several weeks there assisting the Taiwanese government with their first indigenous jet fighter. My company manufactured the engines for the aircraft at that time.

Here are some pictures from the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. It was a beautiful day outside so I had a blast walking around the area.
