If a Cafe member correctly names all four cities in an hour (starting in the top left and moving counterclockwise (or anticlockwise for those who prefer that term) I'll make a $25 donation to the Cafe. I counted Washington as being on the bottom and NY on the top but it could be the other way around depending on how you are reading the clock

Anybody know how they rank in terms of cost?
