Naples Pier...no sunset but lightning

Spent an hour with my new Lightning Bug trigger. Next time I should read the manual before heading to the beach! I like it and will be better prepared to understand its extra functions next time ( I couldn't see the results on playback so there was a lot of guesswork with exposures.)
For the composite images, I developed the base image and then added just the lightning strikes from other shots in the sequence.

Dummy me ... I had never heard of this kind of device!! Very cool. If I lived in an area where lightning storms were so dramatic, I'd have one (we get such storms only very rarely here in Western Washington.) You shots are wonderful!!
