need help with upgrading nikon capture

  1. Hi all,

    I tried several times to upgrade nikon capture from 4.3.0 to 4.3.1.
    I get an erro message every time.

    Any suggestions ???

    Hm. My upgrade went smoothly :wink: The 4.3.0 wasn't a trial version? If so, activate it by the proper license key and try upgrading again. Also make sure you run the installer under an Administrator account.
     
  3. My Suggestion

    Remove it all together and then get a copy of the Ace Utilities which will clean all traces of the program so you can start again. You can get a fully working 30 day copy of the Ace Utilities at www.download.com. It is a very good program for cleaning a PC, registory, dup files, etc.

    I get the same message when i totaly want to remove the capture software
    Any other suggestions ?/

    Stupid, stupid, stupid.

    I am very sorry.
    I got nikon service centre on the phone this morning.
    Guess what : I already have 4.3.1. Aaaaaaargh

    This can only be seen in the readme file in the capture software.

    So problem solved.
