I'm having a hard time trying to setup the auto ISO on my D3(firmware 2.0). I have looked in the manual but it doesn't give a CLEAR answer(surprise!) as to how to set it. What other settings have to be set? Manual? S? A? P? any help would be appreciated.

  2. Press Menu button... then Shooting Menu (green camera)...then ISO Sensitivity Settings... then ISO sensitivity auto control and select ON.

In Manual, it will adjust the ISO from your current setting if the shutter speed and aperture selected don't result in the proper exposure.

In Shutter, it will adjust the ISO only after the range of aperture has been used.

In Aperture or Program, it will adjust the ISO only after the range of shutter speeds has been used.

When using Auto ISO, the default ISO is the current setting that you have selected.

    Many Thanks!

  4. Set it up in "my Menu" and move it to the top of your list. Easy access !
