As I posted last month, my Minolta SR1 purchased in 1960 had succumbed to old age. A little searching turned up a Nikon FM in really nice condition. I dusted off my film scanner, got a couple of pricey adapter cables to connect it to my Mac Mini (Apple dropped Firewire), dusted off my film scanner, and am back in business again. Also had a Nikon 50mm f1.4D lens used on my digital cameras.

Here is my current setup to give film a try again:
Nikon FM, 50mm F1.4D, Nikon Coolscan 4000, and VueScan.

First try is a roll of Ilford HP5 Plus, here is one frame from this first go around. Since I now rely on the camera to record all the settings, I have no idea what I used for this, or any of the other frames.
