So, I "blindly" bought a used D7000 and had it converted to a SuperColor filter by LifePixel. Then I put a new 24-120/f4 on it and took only one photo (long story....)

Opened in NX2 to set WB, tweaked in ACR, processed in PS using CEP.

This is the first, and only, image so far!

You are lucky to be able to "blindly" buy a used D7000 for a particular use:smile:
And, we are lucky to see it shinning in you hands..

Cool, I like it...!

Thanks, William!

Nice Karen! I use a D7000 too.

Then I'm in great company!

We had 2.5 days in Cades Cove and 2 different sets of "guests". Then the rains came... :((( Talk about missed opportunities! LOL!

Nice image!!

...anyway - I prefer the "sepia" version!

Appreciate the comments, Rui! One reason I got the Super Color filter was that I thought it would give me more processing options.

Wonderful image! Looks like a winning combination.....

I think I'm really going to enjoy this combo!

The look wonderful Karen but I prefer the sepia version.

Thanks, Mike! I used a coffee filter in SEP. It probably suits the subject better than the color version.

Very nice Karen. I thought I recognized that cabin got some pics of it myself.

Hi, Mark! Yep, this is the Elijah Oliver place almost in the middle of the Cades Cove loop. I'm really kicking myself because we came home 2 days early due to a forecasted storm...that really didn't develop! The Tipton cantilievered barn is my favorite subjects and I didn't shoot it at all on this trip.

Next time....
