I utilize a sb800 with a lumiquest midi bouncer wirelessly.

I hold it in my left hand and position it wherever i want depending on teh scene, and trigger it with the pop up commander. Setting are

on cam - +0
Off cam - +1/3

yeah its an awesome lens for the 190 i paid. Its very contrasty and very sharp. BTW i dont do any post to my pics other than cropping, no color adjustments or anything. Ive learned to get what i want SOOC for this type of work.
